Collection and processing of personal data are permitted only where there is a legal obligation or an obligation based on a contractual relationship, while all other processing of personal data is permitted only with the clear consent of the owner or their authorised representatives.

Data must be accurate, complete and proportionate to the purpose for which it is processed. When processing personal data, Gradsko poduzece d.o.o. applies appropriate technical and organisational protection measures.
