Preferential parking tickets
Right to a preferential permit, natural persons
Natural persons (residents) are entitled to a preferential permit if they:
- have permanent or temporary residence for at least 12 months in the street where parking is charged and in streets directly connected to that street, proven by an identity card or a certificate from the Ministry of the Interior confirming the residential address
- have a vehicle registered in their name or use another vehicle, proven by a valid vehicle registration certificate
Right to a preferential permit, legal entities
Legal entities are entitled to a preferential permit if they:
- use business premises in the street where parking is charged or in streets directly connected to that street, proven by a lease agreement or an extract from the land register showing ownership of the business premises.
- have a vehicle registered in the name of the legal entity or use another vehicle, proven by a valid vehicle registration certificate
Payment for the preferential parking permit is made through the parking organizer's bank account or at the same time by purchasing and collecting the preferential permit at the parking organizer's cash desk.
Natural and legal persons who, pursuant to the Decision on the organization and method of parking fee collection, are entitled to a preferential parking permit must not have outstanding obligations to the parking organizer up to the date of its issuance.
Winter period
During the winter period, from 1 October to 30 April, for all residents who have permanent or temporary residence for at least 12 months in the area of the City of Vodice, as well as for other users of public parking areas, the organizer has provided preferential conditions for the use of public parking areas in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract on the Use of Paid Public Parking Areas in the City of Vodice.
The types and prices of preferential parking permits are determined by the Decision on the Determination and Use of Paid Public Parking Zones in the City of Vodice.
Important notes
If the holder of a preferential permit changes the vehicle for which the permit was issued during its validity period, the parking organizer will, at the user's request, replace the parking permit with a new one.
A valid preferential permit is a parking permit from which it is evident that it is valid:
a) for the vehicle for which it was issued, i.e. for the registration plate of the parked vehicle,
b) for the time period during which the paid public parking space is used,
c) for the parking zone in which the paid public parking space is used.
Required documentation
Users entitled to a preferential parking permit must, when it is issued, submit the required documentation and a completed application for the issuance of a preferential parking permit, which can be downloaded from the provided link or obtained in person at the office of Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o.
Natural persons
Natural persons must submit the vehicle registration certificate and an identity card or residence card.
Legal entities
Legal entities must submit the vehicle registration certificate, craft licence or an extract from the court register, and proof that the business premises are located in the paid parking zone (lease agreement, title deed, etc.).
