Right to a preferential ticket, natural persons
A natural person, resident, is entitled to a preferential ticket if they:
- have registered residence or stay for at least 12 months in a street where parking is charged, or in directly connected streets
- own a vehicle registered in their name or use another vehicle, proven by a valid vehicle registration certificate
Right to a preferential ticket, legal entities
A legal entity is entitled to a preferential ticket if it uses business premises in a street where parking is charged, or in directly connected streets.
Payment is made through the parking organiser account or by purchasing and collecting the ticket at the cashier office.
Natural and legal persons must not have outstanding obligations to the parking organiser on the date the ticket is issued.

Winter period
During the winter period, from 1 October to 30 April, residents with registered residence or stay for at least 12 months in the City of Vodice are provided preferential parking conditions.
Types and prices of preferential parking tickets are defined by decisions and general terms for using paid public parking areas.
Important notes
If the user changes the vehicle for which the preferential ticket was issued during the validity period, the parking organiser will replace the ticket at the user request.
A valid preferential ticket must clearly show the vehicle for which it was issued, the validity period and the parking zone in which it is used.
Required documentation
Users who are entitled to a preferential parking ticket must submit the required documentation and a completed application form when the ticket is issued.
Natural persons
Natural persons must submit the vehicle registration certificate and identity or residence document.
Legal entities
Legal entities must submit the vehicle registration certificate, trade licence or court register extract, and proof that the business premises are located in the paid parking zone.
