Notice on submitting consumer complaints
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers may submit written complaints in person at our business premises, by post to Gradsko poduzece d.o.o., Obala Ive Juricev Cota 10, 22211 Vodice, or by email to info@parking-vodice.com.
We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt.
Notice on submitting complaints to the Consumer Complaints Committee
After receiving a response to a written complaint, or after the response deadline expires, the consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Committee within 8 days.
Complaints may be submitted in person at the business premises of Gradsko poduzece d.o.o., by post to Obala Ive Juricev Cota 10, 22211 Vodice, or by email to povjerenstvo@parking-vodice.com.
You will receive a response within 30 days from the date the complaint is received.
