*Boats over 15 meters in length are moored exclusively with the captain's consent and at their own risk, because at this anchorage the maximum length for mooring a vessel on a buoy is 15 meters, in accordance with the documentation and regulations of this port.
The berth fee includes the use of port infrastructure and superstructure, and the collection of municipal waste - garbage in smaller quantities.
The anchorage user is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by the broken mooring system in the amount of €100.

Waste collection information
- The port facility of the authorized concessionaire for waste collection, the company Leć d.o.o. Vodice, is located on the breakwater in the Port of Vodice, Obala Vladimira Nazora.
- The working hours for the collection of ship-generated waste are every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- In the special-purpose port — the anchorage in Tijašnica Bay, Tijat Island — the authorized concessionaire collects waste in the form of mixed municipal waste generated on vessels, which, by its properties and composition, is similar to household waste. Other types of waste, such as sanitary wastewater and oily liquid waste, are collected for Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. by the company CIAN d.o.o., subject to prior notice.

- Ship-generated mixed municipal waste is collected in such a way that, upon arrival at the anchorage and during mooring, the vessel’s crew informs the employee of the concession holder at the anchorage that they have waste to hand over. The employee then provides them with special PVC bags bearing the concessionaire’s logo, which the crew, after filling them, hands back to the concession holder’s vessel. The bags containing waste are stored by the concession holder’s employee on the concession holder’s vessel in such a way that the contents of the bags cannot spill into the sea. Upon arrival at the Port of Vodice, the concession holder’s employee removes the bags with waste from the vessel of Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. and deposits them into the previously mentioned containers of the concessionaire located on the shore. The concessionaire empties the containers according to its schedule or as needed in the event of an increased quantity of waste. Sanitary wastewater and oily liquid waste are collected for Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. by the authorized company CIAN d.o.o., in accordance with its business rules. In the event that reception of sanitary wastewater and oily liquid waste is required, the ship’s master is obliged to notify the concession holder via official e-mail at least 48 hours before arrival at the port, stating the type and quantity of waste to be disposed of. Following such notice, Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. will inform the company CIAN d.o.o., which, based on the Declaration, has agreed with the concession holder to collect this type of waste. On the announced date, this type of waste will be received in accordance with the business rules and protocols of the authorized company.
- i 7. Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. does not charge a fee for the collection of waste from vessels, as the collection of waste from vessels is considered part of the vessel mooring service. The reception of waste carried out for Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. by the company CIAN d.o.o., based on the Declaration, will be charged in the specific case by CIAN d.o.o. in accordance with the price list of CIAN d.o.o. and on the basis of an offer.
